ek9 rails or dc2

anyone got any ek9 rails or dc2 rails to fit dc5 seats going cheap as I sold my old seats and forgot to take the top part of the rails off so only have bottom part lol

or if anyone has just the top part of the rails to attach to the seat that be even better

Cant you just make some mate, its just a 'U' shaped channel with the holes drilled in it to suit, B&Q will sell some steel channel that will suffice....

Better than buying another set of complete rails.

don't think I can do this as the top and bottom interlink to slide up and down don't they? this u shape will not allow adjustment of seats I would of thought.

Also not sure if id trust myself to be 5 star NCAP rated at making a seat rail lol don't fancy testing my own handy work in a crash already knowing im useless haha
 
The bottom part that bolts to the floor is the slider, the top part is just an adaptor to mount the recaro... to link the 2 mechanisms just use wire or a coat hanger! Thats all they use anyway...

Seriously thats all there is to it, its just bits of metal bolted together from factory, aslong as its thick enough you'll be ok... have a look at some pics of the complete rails and you will see.
