EK9 and DC2 cams


I don't think they are the same, isn't there a 3mm difference on the intake cam? Ek9 cam's being the most aggressive..

They're NOT the same

This has been posted up plenty, 96 and 98 spec B18C cams are identical, EK9 ones are different with a SLIGHTLY more lairy intake cam

`98 dc2 and ek9 have 3 degrees longer duration on the intake than the `96 spec model.
 
All JDM and UKDM Integra Type R's use the same cams.

Dont know about the ek9 cams however.
 
I have always been told by many honda guru's that the 96 and 98 spec itr cam's are the same but the 00-01 are the ek9 cam. I knew there would be a lot of peeople saying different on here cos the truth is...i dont think anyone knows for definate!

i know for a fact uk, 96, and 98, cams are the same, however usdm is differant. ek9 uses its own spcific cam. end of...

Well you cant know that for a fact cos They only started building tegs from 98 onwards in the uk. Perhaps you meant JDM?
