EK4 w/ 99/00 Gauge Cluster!!!!!

I bought my 96 HB CX with, what looks to be, a 99/00 gauge cluster...... Anyone know how to calibrate it er something? The rpms are pegged all the way down at idle and doesnt start moving till what seems to be about 900 - 1100 rpms! Also the temp gauge is pegged well below the lines on the cluster ( about 15mm down). Could my VSS also not be right with the cluster? Thanks guys!

Sounds like you have some serious problems, i have a 99/00 civic SI cluster in my 96 civic CX and have no such problems... it might be the cluster is effed up...

damn, im worried now.... A bad signal from thre distributor? The cluster itself? The wiring? So many possibilities! Anyone know a ballpark price on a 99/00 cluster is?
