EK4 mod, please advise

Hi guys, I am currently looking into doing a B20 bottom end setup with a b16b head, has anyone done this setup before ?
If so, what are the power figures :nerv:, as well as exhaust size installed ? Do you use the standard b16b manifold ?

In building b20 vtec, has anyone used the b16a head along with the b16b exhaust header ? I am just asking because here we didnt get the EK9 type R, so this is my build im finding out about.

If you want to get a OEM honda header, get the integra type r (98 spec) 4-1 header, the B16B header has a 4 -2 - 1 design.
 
@RVM thanks for the input, will the 4-2-1 exhaust manifold not fit correctly at the bottom ? i know that the b20 block will sit a bit higher compared to the b16 block.

Maybe it'll hang low but it has oem fitment.

For a B20 my recommendation is to get one for your application so you can get the most out of your B20, but most B18 headers will fit the B20 without any problems. For example a Hytech header (AVOID REPLICAS AT ALL COSTS).

B16B header will fit, since the B16B is a de-stroked B18C block.
 
would you use the 4-2-1 or 4-1 in your opinion ? Also I know that this setup will give good power at the low down rpm, how can i maximise low down rpm power, by changing the exhaust header ? I was looking at the toda one, but dam its pricey :-(
