EK4 clutch replacement advice needed.

My clutch is making a spinning noise when disengaged and when i was booting it earlier and changed from 2nd to 5th because i was redlining in 2nd i think it stuck and then released a second or so later which made a terrible smell, i would like to replace this clutch but dont know where to get a good one and if i need to change anything else to stop the annoying spinning noise when disengaged...

i would just get an oem one, maybe upgrade to an itr clutch. I personnally wont go near excedy after hearing the reviews of some of the poeple that have used them...

hit or miss with the Exedy,contact "Simauto" on here for an oem honda replacement.

i have had exedy stage 1 an now i have stage 2, both are awesome!! stage 2 is more like a on an off switch...stage 1 has little room to play around with
