I have a EG6 and was interested in some shocks a guy was selling from his ek9.
I notice the rear suspension are fork style from the ek9, meanwhile my eg6 go's in between the arm.
But the front suspensions do fit
If so,can i get the Ek9 LCA + rear suspension to fit in my Eg6 then? Will there be any issues watsoever, mate?
Thanx in advance!
'EK Coilovers to EG: You need to grind down the LCA bush or replace the LCA bush with a EK bush.'
Sorry mate, cant really get u there. . .which part exactly do i need to grind off?
Some pictorial instructions might help
OR,just buy aftermarket LCAs that can fit EK shockers
Thanx for the help!
No No No... it wouldn't work.
EK LCA are longer than the EG LCA, so they won't fit.
If you want to fit:
EG Coilovers to EK: You need to put washer/spacers between the rear fork and the LCA Bush.
EK Coilovers to EG: You need to grind down the LCA bush or replace the LCA bush with a EK bush.
The front is the same between the EG and the EK.
Hope that helps.
