Ek Civic Vti or SiR

Well lads, im hopefully going to upgrade to a Dohc Vtec in the new year. Currently drive a Ek3 1.5 Vtec. Just wondering is there much difference between Vti and SiR. Would like to get our opinions on both. Are they the same to insure, fuel consumption, mods, etc...

Both very similar, the siR has more power though due to slightly higher compression and a better map. The sir also had a few other options that were available such as viscous LSD.

SiR will be more to insure due to being a import.

Your more likely to find a clean sir. Most vti's are Rusty as hell underneath

Cheers mate, I would rather an SiR myself. If I was goin for a Vti id go for a Em1 or a Jordan
