Myself & Bigskank raced together at Donington last Saturday, some photos from the day :nice:





 
That poor soul came off at Redgate in an earlier race, cage saved his life for sure :nice:
 
Whats the tintop series like. Looking for a series to race next yeah. Civic cup looked ok but the tintop diversity caught my eye.
 
Its very good, so well organised, big grids, nothing less than 26 cars this year, all different engine classes, clean racing, the online setup is very good also. One thing over most series is that they refund or fit you into other races if things go wrong last minute, plenty other will just rob your entry fee..
 
First race at Snett was only £325, then its been £365 rest of year, half hour qualifying, and a 40 minute race with a mandatory pitstop which is a lot of fun. They have a bonus race which is pretty cheap depending on the circuit of 20 minutes & 30 minute race, using any car from all their mini series, with an EK you can also race in other sections if you have the cash.
Just make sure your engine is of the same type for the car...no Kswaps!
 
Yeah i have seen a few of the cscc classes and was always impressed with the setup. Prices are fair to. May well have to enquire if i can get the car finished over winter. I will have an ef with either d16 or b16 so will be all good with regs.

Looks like you guys had a blast, awesome pictures. Guy in the BMW ok? Must of been a heavy hit.
 
^Best race of my short stint as a racing driver, bloody typical my video camera did not work at all, Matt has some though.

Not sure on the BMW driver at this time.
 
Off topic but are b18 ek's allowed in this series? Only one that allows b18 ek9 would be vtec challenge. All the others say stock engine. Civic cup the b16b isn't even allowed lol
