Hello to all... I have a 1999 civic(EK9)... Slowly rebuilding it after a blown motor...

DAMN! what kind of turbo did you have on there? is that a b16b?

I'm running a Greddy 18g setup... Well was... I am rebuilding now--- stronger and going to put the same turbo kit back on... As for the motor it was a b16a2 with forged pistons... now its going to be benson sleeved and forged pistons and built head
 
they look like high compression pistons? what happend? did you decide to switch from NA to FI? Good luck, benson is serious business!!!

I bought the hatch with the pistons installed and the turbo se up... I got little info on the motor when I bought it 2 years ago... but now I will know what I have

Its a shame but as they say onwards and upwards!!!
 
What a beauty!! Too bad the engine's blown but hey, now you got a chance to upgrade it. Good luck with the rebuild!!
