Do these look like EK9 lights?

As above, I'm new here so not too sure, but do these look like EK9 lights or is it just me in thinking they're standard lights?

If the cars in good condition for the right price but without the ek9 lights, should i still buy it?
 
not saying that it has but i'd suspect that if they didnt have ek9 lights then then car may have undergone a front end repair and just used UKDM ek headlights which are readily avaiable.

As i said not saying that its has, its mearly a possability. . .
 
There ek4 lights! I like them better then the ctr ones. Just my opinion. And Yes buy the car! Just buy ek9 lights if you dont like them.

Have you got the ek9 lights?

Ive asked the seller if its ever been damaged and they said no, hpi is clear too
 
...so you are going to decide to buy or not to buy based on headlight style?
Life must be good. :)

For me I would buy if there is little or no body damage, little smoke from the tail. Everything else is fixable, like the headlights.
 
My car had non tinted ek9 lights in when I bought it, never been in a front end was imported from japan like that.. Don't let it put you off too much, you will be able to tell if it's been in a crash by looking at wing bolts/cross member/ ect.. Look for overspray too :)

Just wondering, how much are ek9 rear lights worth? Pre-facelift and facelift ones? I assume they're the same as a normal civic?
 
People think they can charge you the earth for facelift ones - its actually disgusting how much some people asked for them.
 
Cheers for that, I've had a look but can't find the rear lights on that list!

Ye I agree, they're the same as normal Civic ones aren't they? Do you think the standard prefacelift rear lights are worth anything?
 
Well theres a difference between EK9 headlights and normal UK Civic lights being it has more globes for the way the lighting works.

Facelift rear lights all have clear indicator lenses which the majority of people prefer. Some still prefer the amber corners or the Prefacelift.

Not sure on actual values mate
 
I got mine brand new from honda... (although there are only EK4 ones)

£70 each plus vat i think they where...
