diagnostic scanner codes

i bought an obd2 scanner..im in canada and when i plugged it in my car,codes came up so i looked them up in the book,they were all correct but when i called them in to the mechanic he didnt know how to help.....if you do know what these codes are could you explain tem to me plz?...they are p100/p110/p115/p120 and p1600....the codes flashing on the scanner are..E=EXHAUST GAS RECURCULATION MONITOR/EV=EVAPORATIVE SYSTEM(meaning what?)O=OXYGEN SENSOR/OH=OXYGEN SENSOR HEATER/C=CATALYST MONITOR....THE ENGINE IN MY CAR IS..PM9 HEAD(1.5LITRE)/D16Y8 VTEC BLOCK(1.6LITRE)/ZC CRANKSHAFT/ACURA EL(NON-VTEC)E.C.U. AND 92-95 CIVIC SI 5SPEED TRANNY..MY CAR IS 1996 CIVIC HATCH....MY ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON WHEN I CHANGED THE CAM GEAR AND THE CRANK PULLEY FROM FACORY TO AFTERMARKET...IT REVVED TO 9000RPM..NOW SHE ONLY REVS TO 5500RPM

One of the codes is your 02 sensor. Did you alter the cam angle?

ok i thought the o2 sensor was one..the sensor after the cat is unhooked i put the car up and got under it and the wires are not connected but the sensor is still in it..and the cam might have been altered when the skunk 2 cam gear was installed...
