desperately need an engine swap (hampshire)

hey my fellow Honda brothers,

i own an eg lsi which has a D15B7 (smh) which i love to bits and cant seem to part with it so i'm looking at doing a B swap (not capable myself).

does anyone know somewhere in Hampshire where i can get it done and what it would cost for B16A2, B16B and B18C? I have a budget of around £2000.

TGM in Fleet, you would need to source the engine.
 
i have a b16b for sale with all ancilleries. still in my car running. all u would need is a gear box, engine loom, throttle body :)

i havent got the time, space or knowledge to do the job myself dude. looking to just drop it off somewhere and collect it once it's done. cheers tho

well if u need to source the engine for it to be put in ive got one :)
 
Hond-R near Oxford did mine and Im really happy with it
 
I have a running B16A2 in hampshire.. I wouldn't want too much, it has integra valvesprings & integra cams, the ONLY thing it would need to get it perfectly running is a deglaze of the bores and new rings. It has new waterpump, new headgasket, ARP headbolts, new timing belt, new valve stem oil seals.

cheers dudes, i followed up on a few leads and the results are as follows for a B18C into my eg:

1st place is endlesshorizonmotorsport at £2700.

R-MOTION came second with a quote of £3000.

HOND-R came last trying to quote me £3600+

still waiting on Euro-spec to get back to me with a quote.

so i guess my budget of £2000 needs topping up slightly :(

hope i dont end up settling for just a B16A2 which i must add, only cost £1300 at R-MOTION........hmmmmm .........tempting
 
Ive used them for some work and ive seen alot of there work and its cracking
 
I got no skills in mechanics im a gardener and me and my friend swapped my D to a B16A2 and it cost us £1200 for everything new water pump clutch cam belt everything.

It saves so much, have you got any friends that could help that are a little clued up on it all? its alot easier than people think (with a little guidance)

gardener...lol, not laughing at you but just how you put it.

i probably can if i had the time and space to do it but i havent plus its my daily driver.

good effort tho bro

haha now why does everyone laugh at that jobn :lol:

yer the space is a problem but we did mine in 3 days and in the rain lol was a killer but so worth it.

Anyways best of luck got to do it :)
