DC5 Red Recaros in an EK9

Hi all

Goin out today to buy myself a set of DC5 Red Recaros. Getting them for good money so can't resist. Does anyone know how they mount up? My seats are gone so I don't even have the old rails. Any ideas?

No idea's mate, but heard this was alot of work. The rails are out by about 1 inch apparantly?!

Tegiwa sell Ek9 rails are about 170 pair

VTEC DIRECT do spoon rails. which sit -50mm lower. 90 each? you'll need to double check that.

Need seatbelt inserts and not mad about the idea of sitting to low. Very used to sitting high as I also drive a van.
Tegiwa has an ad on ebay for seats but no EK9 rails available. How far out are the DC2 ones?

1 of the holes is about an inch off apparently.

100% Johnny. Picked up a set this evening for €50 - bargain of the century.
I guess recaro rails are universal to all recaro seats?!? Good to know. Nice one man.
