Hey Ek9.org'ers

I originally signed up a few weeks ago in my search for a daily ek9 as i was planning on turning my dc2 into a ful time track car. Since then i have decided to scrap that idea and decided to keep the teg as my daily and find a half decent eg or ek as a track toy.

I have owned my 98spec jdm dc2 for about 2 years now and have loved every minute of it. Vtec ftw
It was originally imported for me by andy @ 200bhpcars and it arrived completely standard apart from accord cl1 wheels and snow tyres :angry2:

It wasnt long untill i started to mod her.
*Full service inc, plugs, cambelt, tensioner, water pump, oil, gearbox oil, valve clearences, airfilter, fuel filter.

That vid was when the underaxle rsr was fitted, It did sound lovely but was far to loud to live everyday and because it was a underaxle it tended to scrape quite abit. Now she's got a spoon bpipe and N1. :nice:

To be honest i quite liked the tints but the rear window hadnt been cleaned when the tints were put on in japan so it looked quite shabby :(

Thats some neat cut outs for the rear strut mate :nice:

Cheers fella, didnt want to chop the plastics up to much so my old man come up with the awesome idea of drilling the plastics out where the brace comes through.

Thanks for all the good comments guys, i really appreciate it. Its good to know people like my car when im posting up on a non teg forum

Yo guys.

Long time no update.
Since i last updated this thread i dont think i have to much work to her.

Recently fitted a new oem clutch and competition clutch lightened flywheel. Without a doubt the flywheel has been the best mod ive done so far. The revs seems to pick up better and the b series vtec whack has gone from a claw hammer to a sledge hammer. Such a difference and i would deffo recommened lightened flywheels.

I have also bought anouther set of new wheels. This time i went for some Rota Slipstreams in flatblack. I cant believe how much they have changed the look of the car. Its gone from a kind of show/minimalist track look to just a full blown track look imo. amazing how a set of wheels can change the look of the car so much.

Thats enough of my chit chat, i'll let the pics do the talking.
Hope you guys approve?????

sounds absolutely lethal on the track mate i have to get that b-pipe quicker than a thought lol

also loving the bonnet and spoiler and those rims suit it perfectly...

Cheers fella, appreciate it. The vid that's up is when I had my old exhaust fitted. It was a pure straight pipe from the cat with no silencers lol. that wasn't even de cated. The spoon system isn't as Loud n extreme as that.

Very quick teg!

Looks so clean i really like the slips! They suit it best! :) nice work

looks real sick man. a carbon gurney flap would be a nice touch i think!
