D2 coilovers ... which ones ????

my mate has asked me to put up a post to see wat u guys thinks best .

he owns a eg6 sir2 he is looking at d2 coilovers and wonderin which ones to go for as there is * Street Model.
* Track Model.
* D1 Drift Model.
* Rally Model.


its a daily driver wont be put on track etc . jus wants his car lowered on coilovers not stupidly low but low enough . what ones would u guys reccomend ????

D2 are not that good for the money. You can get better brands for less money now.

I used to sell alot of D2's but now its all BC BR racing coilovers as they are £560.25 delivered which is about £100 cheaper and D2's.
 
GET BC's!!!!

I've got D2's and they are ok for what you pay however my brother has bought the BC's for his Teg and they are far supirior in build quality looks and design. I wish i was buying again BC would be my choice. We got our from Accessory Zone at a very good price!

d2 racing coilovers are good, you can also buy street d2's for the above price delivered to the uk,
i have sold alot of d2's and i had only ever had a problem with 1 set which was a rubber bushing on a custom made set,
if you are doing trackdays they are the set you want, but if you just want them for comfortable ride your looking at the wrong coilover, you want bc or tein which sell ones that give a more comfortable ride, if he still wants d2's, d2 street are decent had them tested in Irish time attack without uprating the spring rates and they have been excellent good feedback all the way
