my D14a4 had seen better days and it was burning oil so i decided i wanted the same engine but only found a d14a2 so i went for it believing that it would fit straight in, more or less. im just worried about a couple of things the intake manifold is a little bit different as one is a Multi-point fuel Injection, PGM-FI, where my throttle body points upwards.
is there anything else i need to swap over? oh and also ive had to swap my dizzy cap over as it was a different plug, will this be ok? will it start ok?
im sorry if you have trouble understanding i typed this in a little rush

Basically bolt over any parts which look different i.e manifolds and dizzy as you say and reuse your own wiring loom

thank you for the quick response
ive left the inlet manifold on as my old one wont fit because of brackets in the way
also i had bought a clutch for my old d14a4 and i decided to fit it into the d14a2 but the clutch on the a2 is bigger than my old a4 so will the gearbox fit ok?
sorry for all the question

Swap over the flywheel off your old engine and then fit clutch, should work fine then.
