D series turbo

I'm trying to sort out my footwork at the mo on my ek4, but will be looking into keeping my D-series, it's a d15z6 but I read i should ditch the block and keep the head, would there be a real problem in turbo'ing a d15z6 for a reliable 300hp?

i hav a d15z6 engine what power should i expect from a dc sports de-cat and manifold with a tenzo r ind.kit and full time vtec?

im wanting to keep my d series and turbo it untill i fully build a b20v

before my b16b i had d15 with turbo. i had it for 6 years and cover 120000km with no problems and the engine was stock.i use 7 psi all the time and the car was fast like my b16b now.turbo a honda is the best mod that you can do.
now i want to turbo my b16b:D

Check the compression on the motor first, just checked mine yesterday before putting it on my dyno to see how things were going.
I have a D16y7 with a t3t04, 63AR pieced together turbo kit.
checking compression on all cylinders gave us a 150psi on all four. So that is good number to turbo it away.
Stock power on this non vtec motor was 95whp on our Dyno Dynamics. Boosted raised to 11psi and tuned via Hondata S300 we managed 196whp on a different motor. On the motor that we have currently with 130k miles on the odometer we managed a 178whp on a 34C day and humidity 60%. So not bad, but I have a D16Z6 motor that we are building up and going to send it out to Golden Eagle to have it sleeved. That one once its done should be fun as hell.
We are thinking about some CP pistons and Eagle rods to finish the bottom end.
