Hi all, a friend of mine runs doughnutters trackdays (Doughnutters.com) and after a few successful track days last year, he's offered me a "Honda Only" day at Curborough if I can fill 12 places.

It's a nice simple easy track so ideal for first timers, it's also one car out at a time so there's no pressure, meaning you can just concentrate on your lines and not have to worry about holding anyone up.

Although its short it's nice and twisty so our hondas are really at home here, on a timed run mine spanked Imprezas with 100bhp + advantages, so it's also good for sharpening your skills if you've done track days before :D

Normally it's sign on at 9am, then out on track by 10am. Lunch at 1 til 2ish then in the afternoon at curborough there's usually the option of running timed runs :) This is voluntary, and you can still run without being timed if you don't want the pressure, you won't lose out on a go either, your run just won't be timed.

A BBQ is included in the price of £75 for the day which is always nice!

Here's a vid of the track from my mate's glanza, as you can see it's nice and tight :)

Some more good news, extra drivers are only a fiver each, and passengers are free.

So work out what you want, and here are the payment options. Whichever you choose, you need to make sure you mention the day we're going and preferrably your make/model of car and your reg, for ease of insurance. Also your name and the names of any passengers/extra drivers you're bringing. You can do this either by including a letter with your cheque or by putting it in the comments box for paypal. Finally please include your forum username so I can make sure that I know which people have paid :D

[Payment details removed as all spaces filled]

I'll update the first page with people that have paid and you will also get email confirmation.

Thanks, Matt

There's the liability insurance etc which covers them for any injury or damage that's caused by neglegenc eon their behalf, but as for car insurance no, that's up to you to sort out mate, same with any track day I'm afraid.

no worries, just wanted to be clear from your previous post :)

Course you would mate, I am haha :) Just get your money in double quick to secure a space :)

Hey Matt, are we expecting to receive any instructions for this in the post for registration, location etc?

Cheers,

George

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Matt and everyone else who organised the sprint today :nice:

Cracking fun and a great little track. Anyone got video footage or still shots that they can post up? Did anyone bring back the results sheet that they could post up on here please :thanks:

Cheers,

George
