compression and ignition

Just carried out a compresion test theses were my results are they normal and ok

1. 180psi
2. 185psi
3. 185psi
4. 185psi

my ignition was advanced @ 18 degrees so i returned it back to 16 is 16 degrees correct also noticed that my plugs around a month old looked not as brown as id like how long does it take to turn them brown or should it be instant (hope im not lean :(( )
 
no offence dude but i had no idea what it was but i used the search link and found that 185 PSI should be ok for a stock B16A2
Use the search function in future mate it does help
