Is this part made in house, or are they made by an outside machine shop?

If the latter, then i understand completely. In my work, we order inserts in from outside as its cheaper than us making them. We order about 20 at a time and must of had thousands over the time ive worked there and rarely have problems. However, every now and again we will get a batch and certain dimensions will be out, meaning more effort required for me but the next lot that come in are fine. Its just unfortunate.

Do tegiwa not have a car to test their parts on each time a batch comes in?

genuine question for tegiwa.... do you design the parts you sell from scratch based loosely on another design or do you completely copy the dimensions of parts already designed by someone else?

Its not a bad batch, i had one of these a few years ago, it came on a car and the fitment was still shocking can get pictures if needed as my mate has it on his ek4 now. I dont know why you guys lie and say you have had no problems with them cause thats a lie
