I've got a riddle for you guys, make this one easy for me please
My car is a stock ek4 VTi, B16A2 engine, hydraulic clutch.
The odometer shows 124k kilometers, and the clutch was already replaced by the previous owner (I know him well and this information is 100%). In the last 6 years the car was not used alot (say once in a week). The clutch was not abused. Now I drive the car mostly on weekends
To the problem then
Since summer I am experiencing some clutch slippage from time to time. Sometimes it slips, but not too badly. Sometimes I can floor the throttle on 5th gear at 30kmh and there is no slipping.
Sooo the question
Does this mean that the clutch is starting to show wear and must be replaced? Or this can be caused by some problems in the hydraulic line? Or something else?
