clutch prob after engine swap

hi just seeing if anyone can help me i think this is the spot to come i have a prob with my clutch am not very good to explain but here goes my clutch will not engage when i press it down i cant get in gear at all there is noise coming from clutch and can feel pedal vibrate and there is a noise coming from gearbox when i press the clucth pedal am just after putting engine and gearbox put in my car i bled the clutch and still wont engage anyone no what wrong or is the clutch just fried any help much appriciated

Try bleeding the clutch again and if no good get a pry bar to push arm at gearbox which the slave cylinder would operate and see can you get it in gear when fully engaged after that you will need to remove the gearbox and inspect the clutch

is this a new or used clutch? could be something wrong with the alignment, crooked flywheel or your master cylinder.

ya done that so am taking the clutch out it was used clutch in the car got it with engine so am gonna rip her out and put in new while am at it . is it always hard to get the casing off it moved about 1/2 inch and will not move anymore been at it for hours and will not budge anymore

ha ya def clutch gone got it out today and springs were hanging out plate was cracked lol guess the last lads had good time with car just hope dont need engine rebuild
