clutch master cylinder

Got one on my EK, its the exact same as OEM, all the castings are the same.

Not sure if the seal can be replaced but for the hassle I'd just buy a new master cylinder.

Go for s2000 one of you are replacing it man. Looks a million times better!

I've got the pattern part on mine. I read that the casting is the same just different piston and seal in it.

I bought a blue print one for around £80. Casing is the same except without the Nissin emblem on. Fits and feels just like the genuine one but with no leak :) :nice:

New seals etc can all be bought still from Honda. Re-build is easy but will cost about the same as the pattern replacement.

Buy a s2000 one so much neater in engine bay and can be fitted straight to ek with either a sandwich plate or just use a die on rod of cylinder so you can properly adjust it

the sandwich plates are a bit steep at £30 for a little piece of metal!

you don't need a sandwich plate all you do is use a tap and die set and extend the length of the threads on the s2000 one so you can properly adjust it for your civic. I done it, it's pretty handy :nice:
