When i put my foot on the clutch it squeakes and feels Knotchey
I think the clutch master cylinder has seen better days . Has anyone else had this and is it a hard job ? I have had the clutch fluid changed and it didnt help

Thanks in advance :nice:

So The master cylinder is attached to the front of the Gearbox . Where is the slave cylinder ?

Thanks for the quick reply :nice:

The slave is the one attached the front of the gearbox, the master is the one you put your clutch fluid in :nice:

Thanks for that :nice:
Cant wait to get it fixed the creaking is doing my head in :angry2:

you can also upgrade your clutch line to SS while your in there ;)

Good plan I am going to do that as well . I think it is just the Slave making the noise , I may try this first before the Master cylinder . Going to make sure i get this fixed next week

Good luck, the SS line firms up the pedal a bit and quickens the clutch engagement :nice:

Make sure, of course, that you're only replacing the rubber line near the slave with a braided stainless one. To replace the hard lines with braided ones is a downgrade.
