clocking a ek9 speedo

After selling my mugen clocks i had to buy some standard ones but the only ones around have loads more miles so now i need to give the new speedo a haircut and shave off 40k anyone done this before? i dont want to break them

I have done this over 100 times now. When you have the speedo removed from the cluster and two small flat blade screwdrivers in your hand call me. I'll talk you through it.
