whats the best stuff to use for cleaning a back box up to make it nice and shiny ??

all depends how bad the exhaust is.

"autosol" and any other metal polish will do lightish marks.

"meguairs" also have few metal polishes on the market which work well.

exhaust isnt bad at all just selling it at the moment gonna give it a clean before

Just used Autosol on mine today, worked to a point but there was lots of areas when the surface rust had built up to the point where I think I'm going to have to resort to something like wire wool

WD-40 and some Scotchbrite.
Then a quick buff with autosol.
