hay lads iam new to the site i was put onto yous from a lad on midnightclub.ie i drive a 99 civic si and iam just looking 4 a bit of info if you can tell me anything about it like why is there not many of them around why this model was brought out any info at all would help thanks

Si's are 4dr civic Sir's.. same engine etc..

The reason you dont see many was nearly every japanese importer seen the 3dr hatch as the more desirable model to import and easiest to sell....

I have one of these myself, and one of the main reasons was down to the fact i'd never seen one on irish roads before. They've got 170bhp same as the SIR hatch except with the practicality of a saloon

However, I was involved in a hit and run last week, nd now its a write off (

Managed to save the engine and gearbox though
