mugen 4-1 exhaust maifold
mugen 2.5" twin loop center-back
hond-r 2.5" decat

ngk iridium plugs
recent oem clutch

D2 height/rebound adjustable coilovers

probably a few bits i've missed .

after a few days i did a couple of small things to it like remove the complete aircon system as you can see in the engine bay pic above the rad is the only thing thats been removed so i took out all the piping and the aircon matrix , i also took out the sub wiring that had been left in there , after that left the car for a while and just enjoyed driving it heres a couple more pics i took .

after a while of wondering if i should strip the back out i did basicly just to clean everything and seal the inner arches i also removed the rear sound deadening .
al6cg8.jpg

then after reading a few wire tuck post on different forums i decided the do a very basic wire tuck just tidy the engine bay up a bit , also there was some light surface rust on the top of the slam panel and chassis leg so i thought while im doing the tuck ill respray a couple of bits .

first i tucked the hoses runing to the washer jets through the bonnet .
25au7u9.jpg

also fitted a smaller washer bottle i had lying about .
1fgv4n.jpg

as you can see in the pic above i took the passenger side wing off to bring the loom through i did have some pics of that but for some reason they wont upload .

this is the scene in the passenger footwell as the 2 fuseboxes that where in the engine bay are being relocated to the glovebox .
29nuscz.jpg

this the loom i will running through the wing .

j15xfd.jpg

also just a pic of the top of the slam panel in primer .

149nywh.jpg

ive also removed the rear wiper and sprayed the honda badge black .

16kqk2o.jpg

also got my hands on this genuine ek9 spoiler in y56 yellow , i wasnt to sure on it at first but it has grown on me , would like to no what everyone thinks , i also need some standard rear lights as the tinted ones look abit crap.

a3o19g.jpg

i'll update with a few more pics in a while as most of the spraying and wire tuck is almost finished

j5kq9t.jpg

i recieved these the other day some sw98's they are exact replica's of 98 spec teg wheels just in 4x100 and finished in anthracite , i'm going to use the yoko's off the buddyclubs then use the buddys as track wheels with some 215/45 16 r888's or a048's .

2iqcxmc.jpg

5ywbqg.jpg

also heres some mtf94 gearbox oil ive recieved as i'm going to change all the oil / oil filter ect the guy i bought i from said its all been done recently but i want to make sure its all ok , so i'm still waiting on some 10w-40 , hamp oil filter and a few other bits .

64i2kh.jpg

and heres some pics of how the engine bays looking the headlights are back in and ive hidden all the wires / hid boxs so theres not wires everywhere like before , also the slam panels finished i'm not really very happy with it as the paint i used was rubbish but it will do for now , also note my buget oil catch can lol , ive also taken off the strut brace to paint anthracite to match the aem intake kit /wheels i will also be spraying the fog lights surrounds to match .

just thought i'd put a couple of pics to show what the interiors like , after i removed the sound deadening and sealed the inner arches , i put the rear seats back in .
jaaset.jpg

i had the omp corsica left over from the fiesta , as i didnt quite like the wheel that was in there when i bought it , it so much nice with the corsica a really comfy light wheel would highly recomend to anyone .
2u6zs3p.jpg

also recieved my atr discs through .

vh3ptc.jpg

sy4etf.jpg

also got some crappy mintex pads which will do for now but will eventually get some ds2500's
2a4o74y.jpg

and heres a pic behind a teg wheel to get an idea .
v7rqyp.jpg

also went to underseal under the back bumper the other day and realised the crash bar was in a state which was weird considering the rest of the back was rust free aparently its common for them to rust out as they use different metal so i ordered an ek9 one from a bloke breaking a type r , i received that the other day heres the difference .

j12c2a.jpg

so i got that fitted and undersealed aswell .

2a5ysl0.jpg

recieved my hamp oil filter through from tegiwa , and got my mfactory magnetic gearbox and sump bolts from the usa .
k9t1mh.jpg

heres a pic of 1 holding a hammer they are surprisingly strong magnets considering the size .
nyfb7o.jpg

also got these silvertec indicator bulbs as i didnt like the look of the orange through the headlight .

30ueclu.jpg

i went to the local scrap yard the other day and got some inner arches as mine are wrecked from the tyres rubbing on them , the same things probably only going to happening with these ones but as long as they last a while i dont mind .

epj601.jpg

i got them tiyded up and cut a the bits out to fit round the air filter .

2vjv1j4.jpg

2m64ruv.jpg

my rad bracket was looking abit crap so i got a cleaner one fron the scrap yard and polished the out side then sprayed it black .

avpmwn.jpg

also didnt like the strut brace colour so sprayed it in some paint i had lying about , the rocker cover is also in need of some paint as its letting the engine bay down atm just need to find some crinkle paint thats not to bright.

3493xaq.jpg

i thought i should remove the side skirts and give them a clean underneath and a underseal , while i was doing that decided to waxoil the sills .

2e4as2c.jpg

2u4kops.jpg

undersealed the underneith of the sills .

2zg6x61.jpg

also did both front arches and ive already done the rear arches a while ago so it only the underneith thats left now , this picture also shows the tiny 262mm fronts brakes that are rubbish .

28jek5i.jpg

and the final couple of pics of when i change the gearbox oil yesterday .
xmqzut.jpg

the mfactory plug fitted .
2zgvqrb.jpg

gave the car a wash yesterday and took a few pics so thought i'd put them up .

iooj0i.jpg

124ynt0.jpg

also gave the sierra cosworth that i'm working on atm a clean , just needs the rear bumper plastic welding then fillered and sprayed etc as someone went up the back of him a while ago .

debhu0.jpg

i received my ek9 1" master cylinder and servo today .

29dbi9v.jpg

also got my brand new ek9 rear calipers and pads through .

33mri9s.jpg

2hppu35.jpg

also got some ebc 260mm rear discs .

51a9t1.jpg

i also starting on taking all the old brake lines , master cyl/servo , abs off

when taking the front discs off i discovered how shot they were , heres a side by side with the atr disc to show the difference .

thanks mate :) yeh i decided against putting the teg rep wheels in the end as i thought the p1's suit the car better ...
and about the catch tank theres a pipe that comes of the inlet manifold and goes to the pcv valve then to the brether box underneath the inlet manifold just run the second hose off the black breather box and plug the hole the hose went to on the inlet mani , hope this helps .

nick

looks nice dude, giving it a lot of love !!!!!! always good to see...

never seen buddy club p1's in black on yellow...suits the car well. :)

p.s your catch can setup?? where is the second hose coming from i can see the one form the rocker cover but where is the other going... i literally made a ghetto catch can setup yesterday and i only run 1 hose from rocker cover to a bottle... Would i have any other locations on a B16A2.. or is it because yours is B18C that you have extra hose's ?? sorry i confused you..

*edit* ah thanks mate i'll have a look and see if i can find this...
nice updates on your car, just thought i'd take my comment out of the middle of it all. :)

i also carbon wrapped the front fog surrounds , looks alright from a distance lol.

i've finally found someone selling a set of ATR front calipers so i'm buying them tommorow , then i just need the lines making up and a tegiwa master cyl/stopper and the brake setups finished , hopefully i'll also be ordering a tegiwa shifter and quaife gearnob aswell as i dont like the ones on there at the moment .

got the rear brakes fitted today , the old ones were wrecked same as fronts the really cheap discs where rubish and basicly fell apart , also riped all the rear abs sensors/wires out aswell .

33ldwuv.jpg

2gtzuyc.jpg

here a pic to show the difference compared to the standard brakes

125q6us.jpg

i orderd my accord typer calipers today aswell so they should be here tuesday , just need to see about getting some brake lines made up over the weekend and spray the servo .

PS some of the above text might not make complete sense as i've copyied it from another forum i originaly posted it on.

thanks
