A few more pictures of the underside rust treated

FB_IMG_1570835800171.jpg

After i finished with the rust treatment i figured i could easily scrape it off areas which wernt bare metal so i had to motivate myself to grind it all back down again but all the way back to bare metal this time

Two builds at once must be tough ! I'm planning to remove the underseal on my car also.. been putting it off for too long. Did you use a grinder with wire brush? I hope to get my underbody down to bare metal, treat any bits of rust, use zinc primer also and then paint it original red colour to match car but im afraid it wont last ?

Yes mate i used a high rpm grinder with twist and knot wirewheel, if you do go down the same dont use any of the cheap wirewheels youl end up wasting your time, im going to stonechip mine white and clear coat with enamel, i was going to paint it gloss white but it definitely wouldn't last on these roads
