I brought a bare EK9 shell last month - (Livvy - Bare Shell EK9


Now im sure ive seen this before, but wasent sure, on a few pictures Ive seen online, there is a rear strut bar behind the back bumper, however on the shell Ive got, there isnt one? is that down to pre/facelift, or just been removed?

Also, on drivers side footwell, there is a chunk of sound insulation, and as before in pictures Ive seen there has been no sound deadening at all, and as far as I was aware the EK9s didnt have any!

Just a few general queries!

IIRC it was the ITR that had no sound deadening but the EK9 did have it. About the rear bar you can buy a new or used one, dunx may be able to help you with that.
 
they all come with rear bar, remember youve bought a "bare" shell, the bar is simply a bolt on
