Castle Combe Face JAPFEST!!! WOW what a show


it was an awesome day, me n the misses got sunburnt. thanks for organising it duncan and will av to sort out something for japfest 2
 
Drifting was sweet. I was on the tuning developments stand but was car got a bit shittes up on the 6hour drive down :(. Ek9 stand looked great.

Deffo getting some track time next year.
 
My face hurts a lot... LOL

No pics this year sadly, people kept getting in the way so in the end I gave up and left the camera in the car...

Great show though... thanks again to dunx for sorting it. :D

I was on the Hondas on Track stand which was essentially the opposite side of the circuit so I only made it over on my one walk around the track. Didn't spot anyone I know there (which is only Duncan and Matto admittedly) but looked like a tidy selection of 9s there. Must have been an absolute nightmare to get out for the track session from there though, hope everyone made it down in time.

Anyway, here's my onboard from the session. Sorry, to whoever was in the first EK9 I came to overtake. I should've hung back a bit but I thought you'd moved over when in retrospect I don't think you actually knew I was behind you. :)

the checkered flag eg engine bay is a bit of an eye sorer...

Do it man! Such a well sorted teg and you pedal it the way it should be driven.

Nope, no plans to sell, don't think I'll ever sell it tbh. Can't imagine I'd get much for it so best off keeping it until it rusts away to nothing :p

not really into any honda bar NSX and the spoon specials but i love that!!

spud any sorted FWD will do it, its learning the dynamics and what YOU have to do that dictates the above happening or spinning into the armco!!
