you can get the workshop manual off e bay for £1 mate thats your best bet loads of info on that mate.

if you are asking on info of how to do it, then i suggest you take the car to a garage and get a pro to do it.....

def agree with steven..unless u have a good knowledge of cars i wouldnt touch the timing.

go check out the honda happiness thing...a friend of mine was quoted £200 to change the cam belt (notincluding tensioner and water pump if needed) which for a main dealer aint to bad plusyou get that official stamp
