Well I finally got another Saab so heres a little read for you guys to show you what im doing with it... big diffrence from an ek9
So here is pictures from the add on gumtree, I know it doesn't look sporty etc but I knew the potential it had and with it being the T5 engine its better to tune. Please ignore the little girl forgot to photoshop her out
The body work is fairly good, no rust BUT there is a few dents on the doors. I think in time I will get new doors from the scrapies.
So I bought this car last week and haven't used it once yet
I knew exactly what I wanted to achieve:
While I was at work my father set out to a few scrappies and found me a sweet ass donor car!!
The donor car was stripped of all the exterior parts and the full interior inc. the carpet and dash etc.
Heres all the parts lying out in my drive:
Let the work begin!
So I had to strip the full interior which is easier than you may think.
This is the 3rd Saab ive swapped interiors but ive never done the carpet before so I was a bit skeptical as to whether it would sit right when I laid the grey one in place but it turned out fine
Suppose I better get seats in.
The fronts are heated, electric and memory
Now that all the interior was sorted it was time to start on the exterior
I don't really have any pictures mid way, just before and afters...
