Over the last week or so I've tried contacting buddyclub for an exhaust spacer. I sent them 4 emails in 2 days but didn't get a reply until 3rd day, they actually have the part I need and they stated the price. So I then sent another email about paying etc but no reply again, and today I've sent them another email regarding the part I need but still no reply...

I really wouldn't expect this kind of service from buddyclub, has anyone on here experienced the same lack of service from buddyclub?

Does anybody know the contact number for buddyclub because all I can find is the email.

Theres a new chap on here from BC. Will have a look for you..

Worst service I've ever experienced with japshop, I will never buy another thing from them and would advise people to stay well clear

Looks like japshop is my only option :/ just managed to contact buddyclub and they use japshop for the exhaust spacer so hopefully I won't have any problems..

I've seen the above's reason.

I'd also steer clear.

Same here.... I'd rather eat my own Sh*t after eating Vindaloo haha.

I bought an exhaust from them, 2 months it broke it 2 places, they advised I welded it, the baffle them broke and as I'd welded it from there advice they wouldn't warranty it, charged me £60 to repair, terrible service, terrible attitude

Also bought some avid mounts which came with no fittings claimed there weren't any even though the instructions said there was. Lesson learnt

Ive dealt with guy and the lads at SPD (bcuk)on several occasions and never had any issues at all infact id say ther service is second to none and very proffesional.
