saw a set for sale with the gears,wondering what sort of gains would be had on a b16b.i know also a valve spring upgrade is required.they would be used in conjunction with a stock intake with panel filter and cold air feed,manifold decat full exhaust.is this too little work for these to be of use?ecu would be a must?would you see 5-10bhp?

I would imagine you'd get over 20bhp gains with supporting mods and a tune. You will defiantly need a larger throttle body or have your own bored out.

Do you really think youll get so much of a gain from the BC III+ cams over the ctrs?
