Would Brembo brakes from a DC5 fit my Ek9 or what modifications would i need to do?

everything will fit if you persevere enough you need to re locate the calliper bracket holes in order to make them fit i think spacers are required i will try and get a more detailed how to if you are interested

why dont you just buy a proper brake kit? if you like brembo they sell the Gran Turismo kie, willwood also has some VERY reasonably priced options...

Get some spoon brakes. They are costly but they are really good. Fit nice on the EK9 theres a member on here who has a set.

I want also info on the DC5 brembo setup on the EK since I already own a set of it, front and rears, also It's cheaper to get the calipers from an EVO VIII, IX or Subaru STI, they are supposed to be the same caliper as the DC5 front Brembo, I have seen de EP3 chasis with the 350z Brembos all arround.

pm stevenek9, im sure he wont mind filling you in on how they are

yup as Ricky says i've got Spoon twinblock calipers on mine and they are fantastic!!

best part is that they fit behind standard EK9 wheels without the need for wheel spacers etc, straight fit and accept OEM sized pads so the pad choice is huge for them :)

Where did you buy them steven?

Spoon Monoblocks are great, but this thread was about the DC5 ITR Brembo's and if they can be mounted on the EK chasis, and since we are in the subject the pads are at least 40% greater in size than the monoblocks and it's cheaper than the monoblocks, you can get a set of DC5 Brembo Calipers arround $500.00 US dollars, the cheaper that I have found monoblocks are $950.00 dollars used.

If someone has the info on the DC5 brembo setup for the EK chasis please help us. TIA,

George.

got them for £673 delivered from some shop on ebay, no longer registered though which is a shame as that was a bargain price :(
