i was just wondering what are people using now in there in track cars? we use castrol srf in our rally cars but i now need some for my ek9 so was just seeing if they are any better ones out there, i know the motul rbf 600 is similer to the castrol while the ap racing prf660 has a lower boiling point, any others worth looking at?

I use RBF 600 and works well with my 328mm stoptech's

600 is overkill for a 200hp hatchback, but if you can afford it why not.

i use halfords 5.1 performance fluid

16 euro for 1 litre which is enough to flush the system a few times

You can get it in gold to. Whole point is so you can tell more easily when the new fluid is coming through the system :)

Always got it from eurocarparts. Think it was £12 a ltr last time. It's in a tin as its suppose to have a longer shelf life over plastic containers. How true that is I really don't know lol

I've got Wilwood 4 pot calipers along with 309mm discs and i've purchased Millers CFS racing brake fluid. Anyone tried them before??
They have a extremely high boiling point of at least 310 centigrade they say.

My mate used Honda oem fluid when he had these brakes on his teg. He also has 1l of the Motul RBF 600... dont know whether to use the Millers ones or get the Motul since you's all recommend it.

Millers just as good if not better I find. Save yourself the money

It all depends how hard you and the track are on brakes, my car eats a set of ds2500's in one track day. My local track is very hard on brakes, I only have 262's and they produce a lot of heat on the track
