Hi everyone I've just bought a civic ek4 for track use but need to upgrade or do a conversion to discs on the back can anyone help me with what ones I can use or were I can get them from thanks callum

ello mate, if you're looking for something a bit better the MB6 front & rear disc conversion will take you up to 282's on the front and 262's on the back, but your studs will change to 4x114.

think you will need rear trailing arms and handbrake cables to get it all to work right.

or you could use EK9 front and rear hubs (i think) that would give you 5x114 stud pattern, again i think you'd need the trailing arms (if you dont have rear discs already).

im currently running the MB6 setup on my EJ9, prelude calipers up front with 282 grooved discs & brembo std pads, 262 grooved discs & brembo std pads.

the next upgrade to that is the 300mm accord brake discs & twin-pot accord/legend/nsx calipers but it's easier to get hold of a pair of new EP3 type R discs, re-drill to 4x114 and then the EP3 calipers fit straight on.

hey presto...a 300mm brake setup, add the twin pot accord calipers, an integra 1" master cylinder (or MB6), some tasty pads and you're laughing ;-)

If its a ek4 then then you already have the hubs you need,
Get some ek9 calipers or 98 spec or uk dc2 callipers and some mg zs 180 discs,
Get a 1" master cylinder also

That will give you 282's up front 262 rear and remain 4x100 pattern

Let me know if you want a price on new discs, currently doing a special offer on them :)
