black plastic under wheel arches a bumper question

well it seems i may have to replace a part of the black plastic under the wheel arch
but i cant work out if it comes a separate parts or it one whole piece
any help guys 97 ek9 by the way

i bought a reproduction one off ebay or $30 usd if that helps, and yes its a seperate piece, i dont like them but it helps to keep the paint on the fender fresh...

you can get these off of any ek shape civic,get yourself down the scrappy with a fiver, lol.the screws are a nightmare to get out, the eg shape civic ones had a philips screw in the middle to take the screw out, but the ek ones have nothing and you have to prise them out,its a bit of mucking around getting them out and the screw clip things break easily,i had to get one the other day for my ek4 sir as it came loose and my tyre touched it,made a nasty hole.
