Didn't expect such a huge difference...

Finished fitting the 1" Ek9 MC + Servo that I got from Jesse, my god what a huge difference. Even with cold Ferado Ds2500 pads the bite is immensely improved, the feeling in the pedal is confidence inspiring and progressive/strong.

Out of everything I have done so far, this has made the most noticeable difference, recommended to anyone with a smaller servo to do this mod.

Just thought I would share that with you guys.

You wait until you get those camber arms set up and on the track lol

Yep totally agree, first thing i noticed first time i drove a 9 from having a 4.

Umm... this only makes sence if you have the bigger 282/260 calipers..?

I agree - I fitted NSX brakes to an eg6 years ago and thought 'that feels a bit better' but once the mc/servo was upgraded it made the braking feel twice as good!

I'd recommend this be changed by anyone who has moved to 282's!

Indeed, I couldn't believe how good the brakes are in my 98 spec w/o ABS, great pedal feel.

May have to get this done as i still have the standard one on my EK4.

nice, tbh i never really noticed much difference between the ek4/9 on braking as neither are that great. The best mod that i've done is fit a Lower position seat rail, so nice not to be up in the clouds.

What we're talking about here is the feeling of the pedal and drivability, I'm having to work less and achieving a nice strong line pressure faster/easier than my old master cylinder. My brake combo will come further down the line once I actually exceed the limits of my current brake setup power wise, which will be very soon.

I know Jesse I can't wait, feels better already from my short drive last night, I left them setup with what ever you sent them to me with lol. Getting the the alignment done next week.

Should be about 3degrees front an 2 rear then. I found this to be great for track work.

Ive got one in my garage but not had the chance to fit it yet..
Im trying to get hold of a bc racing coilover set an camber adjusters, are there any base setting that any of you guys know of??
