It is a matter of preference, I use castrol 10w40, some say 5w40 and some 5w30, as long as you use a decent brand, i.e motul, castrol, Mobil. Honda recommend 10w40 I think

Millers 10w60 is a little on the thick side for everyday driving and on a near enough standard B16a, I use Millers CFS 10w40 fully syn.

5w?? i'm using 20w40 currently....that's what my mechanic told me to use. Honda recommends 10w30 (so I heard).
