B20b3 Bottom end, Ported and polished b16a2 cylinder head(no cams or valve springs included), Polished Inlet and exhaust valves, ARP b20 to b16 head studs, Nippon piston rings,ACL Race bearings,B18 crank Girdle,New water pump.
Also inclues sandwich plate for oil feeds

Also includes loads of other little bits for the bits and bobs.

From what I have heard b20's dont rev that high, but they are alot better for torque

Type r cams would go nicly in this! thats was i had for it. In terms of power 200hp+ is easy if you search for Daz DNR hes built loads well over 200hp with good torque figures!

I had B20 with B16b head and cams, made 200hp and 155lb/ft. Peak power was at 7600rpm. Set vtec to come in at 5000rpm and rev limit at 8000rpm

Mine makes 230bhp at 8300 and the only non factory part is the pistons and headwork.
