b20 block?

Have a b18c4 block here with b18c head inlet and cams.
What would be needed to go for b20 bottom end?Just block or?
And is it worth it??

I know it has,I only asked the question as I wanted to hear some advice from users that have had first hand experience with a setup like i mentioned above,No need to get on your high horse with your sarcastic remarks.

It is kinda true though, most of the results would come from honda-tech.
I would personally stick to a b18 block though.

If you want to do it properly however - re-sleeve the b18 to 84/85mm.

It is expensive..
