b20 a ek9

alrite im looking to get more power outa my ek9 and what i hear is to get a b20 block put onto it, has anybody done this to there car? or know how to go about it getting it done, is it as straight forward as jus taking off the existing block and putting a b20 straight onto it? and roughly how much would it cost to do? can anybody give some advice please??
