You would want to use a P73 ecu, your b16a ecu wont give enough fuel that is needed for the longer stroke of the 1.8. ek4 loom can be used but you will have to extend a few wires i.e IAT sensor plug will need to reach sensor on intake manifold instead of at airbox air pipe to t.b like on your b16a. If you can get a ek9 loom then this is best option everything will be plug and play with that.
P73 ECU comes in what? No problem extend the wires.. i cannot get ek9 loom becouse there are no ek9 here

P73 is ITR ECU yes, they are all OBD2A,.
yes exactly. I believe its the 2nd one on that page you will need if your car is facelfit 99-00. Accessory zone on here sells them.
USDM P73 came in obd2b in later models so there not all obd2a
