what is the difference between B18C and B18C4. i just know that pistons and inlet manifold is different. what else? are connection rods and engine block exactly same?

B18c is a taller block , and different rod i am sure. Definitely taller. One of the experts will clear this up

rods,pistons,crank,head,inlet,cams are different
