FULL BUILD THREAD THAT I STARTED ON CIVICLIFE.NET IN 2008
http://www.civiclife.net/board/topic/22658-b18-turbo-clover-green-ek/
I've owned this car for over 7 years now, done everything possible to it i think. Got all the parts i wanted to get for the car, now in a position where I never have time to play with the car due to life pretty much. I'm a Shift Leader at work now and it coems with a **** load of responsibility. Im almost 26, i'm looking to buy a house with my fiancee in the very near future, and she also wants her second name to match mine. In order to do this we need to get as much money together as possible.
This has not been an easy decision for me, im attached to the car something silly. I'v fired almost £35,000 into this car over the 7 years (sounds like alot, but averages out to £5k a year, so not overly much, just I done a lot of it at once lol) and it pains me massively to not fulfil my aspiration with the car. A mag feature is lined up for it if i get all suspension parts fitted and bumper painted, its then ready to tear up the track now its all been rebuilt and mapped properly, and its embarrased big money motors already. The dream house for me has recently come up for sale and I need to find £18k to stand a chance of owning it and keeping repayments affordable. Breaking the Civic will be a good start for me. Its a shame, but its not used enough to merit keeping it and with my job i dont get enough time anymore to enjoy owning it.
PLEASE NOTE - Volk SE37K's are provisionally sold already, if anything falls through then they will be advertised, although there is a que for about 4 other people behind prospective buyer.
PLEASE NOTE!!!!! Don't want the thread shat on with people commenting on how the parts are "overpriced" or "too expensive" - everything is brand new, near enough brand new or in brand new condition. If its too expensive, dont buy it or dont comment if you can get it cheaper.
Can accept cash on collection, bank transfer (which is preferred) and Paypal, although my paypal limit is close. Apparently can only take in £1800 per callendar year before they start investigating you for money laundering, and have a friend who had £3000 frozen by paypal and took him 18 months to reclaim. I'd rather not be put into that position.
If anybody is interested in the full car, let me know,a nd we can come to an arrangement. I'll find it highly unlikely in this current climate, but let me know. Car requires a battery, brakes fitted and bled, MOT and road tax as they have expired also.
So, here it goes.......
Buddyclub P1 Limited Edition Fixed Bucket Seat with EK Buddyclub Superlow Seat Rails - £800
Seats are immaculate in condition other than marks where bolts have gone in the sidemounts, bought brand new and used for around 2000 miles and sat in the car over winter etc otherwise. Extremely comfortable, perfect seating position for the car. With super low seat rails. WILL ONLY SELL RAILS SEPERATLY IF THE SEATS SELL FIRST!!! Offers on the price, but £800 is for seats and rails.
Sabelt Black 3“ 4-Point Harnesses - £250
4 point 3” harnesses in black. Will need to check if they have dates on them or not. Clip on fixings so require eyelets which i can supply. Retail at approx £185 each. See above pics

262mm Rear Disc Conversion - £200
Consists of ITR rear calipers, EBC Drilled and grooved discs and Spoon brake pads. Think one of the calipers may be sticking slightly, but very cheap to rebuild. Includes ABS Sensors and handbrake cables for EK.
Skunk2 Billet Gearknob - £40
Good used condition.
Eibach/SPC Rear Camber Adjusters - £80
Done about 2000 miles so still in clean perfect condition.
Endless Horizon EK Traction Bar - £180
Also brand new and never been fitted. Eliminate wheel bounce/vibration and keep the power down better on higher powered cars.
Skunk2 Rear LCA’s in Gold - £200
Brand new still in the packet. Never been fitted.
EK 99-00 Rear Lights - £75
Red and Clear original rear lights from facelift EK (UKDM Spec)
Cheers
Steve
