i change the oil and filter every 3000 miles in my b16b
is that necessary??

i also use castrol magnetic 10w 40
is that correct oil??

and what plugs wud be best??

i would go with ngk plugs, iridium tips.
and the oil. make sure ur using what ur manual says u should be using. now its up to u if u want to use conventional oil or full synthetic oil , if using synthetic, there would be no need for 3k mile oil changes, it can go a good 10k but i would feel good with 8k if using full synthetic. if using normal oil yes 3k miles is perfect. u wouldnt want internals wearing away prematurely

whats the difference between synthetic and semi synthetic?? which wud be best, i dont do track days its just daily driver

i change my engine oil 5k i use silkolene pro s 5w-40 box oil every 10k i use honda mtf plugs every 40k depending on wear always use ngk irdiums

that's because he doesn't use punctuation.

try this version:

I change my engine oil 5k I use silkolene pro s 5w-40 box oil. Every 10k i use honda mtf. Plugs every 40k depending on wear [and] always use ngk irdiums.

5/40 or 10/40 is up to the car/location. If you live in a climate with temps that dip below 10deg C then it would be best to use a 5/40, but if you live in a climate that is warmer than this, you would be just fine using the 10/40.

If you're experiencing some oil consumption, you can try 10/40 first to see if it reduces some of the burning.
