B16b head on b18c4 block. Is it possible? Are b16b and b18c4 head gaskets the same???

the b18c4/1 blocks are dimensionally exactley the same as the b18cr/5/6 (type R). its the internals that are different which are:
pistons
conrods (same dimesions but different weights afaik)
crankshaft (again same dimensions but diffrenece in weight and balance)

and as pointed out by the guys earlier the head gaskets are the same too.

the b16b head is the same as the b16a's/b18c's in measurements.

1)will it be a problem if 3 of the con.rods are from B18c (typeR) an 1 one of them is from b18c4 ??

2) what difference will b18c (TypeR) and b18c4 crankshaft will give on circuit race?? according its balance and weight. will it be slower or weaker??

1) the conrods are at different weights so will reduce reliability
2) on a circuit you may notice the difference but not on the road but the c4 crank will probably be the same as an R if balanced.
