b16b head + b18c gsr bottom end

i have a ek9 facelift and i im tempted to replace the bottm end with a jdm sir 2 b18c bottom end so ite techincally stroked to 1800cc

will they work together?

Why would you not use the B18CR bottom end?

got sold this one as a itr bottom end so checking if theres anything i can do with it before i bin it out of disgust!!

it is of some use!, check out page 2 of the sticky on stroking the b16b,

with a good set of pistons you could build something good!

edit: looks like i could add itr p73 pistons to what ive got (gsr crank, rods, block) and come away with something good
